Refund policy

All Sales Final – Limited Edition Items: Due to the handmade and limited-edition nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, size, or fit. If you have any questions about sizing or need more details about a garment, we encourage you to email us at support@alanacouture.com before placing your order, we’re happy to help you ensure you select the right item.

Exceptions – Damaged or Defective Products: We stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship. In the unlikely event that you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@alanacouture.com. Provide your order number and photos of the issue if possible. We will review the problem and, if the product is indeed defective or we made an error, we will make it right by offering a replacement, repair, or refund. Return shipping costs (if applicable) for defective/incorrect items will be covered by us. Our goal is for you to love your Alana Couture piece, and we will correct any mistakes on our end.

Custom Orders: For any custom-made or made-to-order pieces (such as items made to your measurements or custom design requests), we cannot accommodate cancellations, returns, or exchanges once production has begun. Custom orders are created especially for you and we appreciate your understanding that we cannot resell these items.

Order Cancellations: If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing the order. We will do our best to accommodate changes in this timeframe. After 24 hours (or once an order has been shipped), we may not be able to cancel the order as work on your handmade item may have already started.

Exchange Policy: Because our inventory is limited and often one-of-a-kind, we do not offer standard product exchanges (for example, exchanging one size or color for another). If you have a sizing issue, please reach out, while we cannot accept a return, we might be able to offer a solution such as an alteration at cost or advice for a future purchase. However, we do not guarantee any exchanges or alterations and all sales remain final.

Refunds: Aside from the exception for defective or damaged items, we generally do not issue refunds. If a return is approved (such as for a confirmed defective item), we will notify you of the approval and process your refund to your original method of payment. Please remember it can take a few business days for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.

Final Sale Items: All items on our store are considered final sale. This includes sale/clearance items, limited-edition releases, and regular in-stock products. We take great care in describing each item and providing photos so you know what you are purchasing. If you require any additional info before buying, please get in touch – we want you to be confident in your purchase.
